Oh my gosh where has the time gone... I've never been the sort who loses themselves in "surfing" the internet, but this blog thing is out of control. Its like a form of voyeurism, I feel like I'm peering into the personal life of a total stranger. It almost makes me prone to nonsensical prattle along the lines of "opening up new worlds"etc. I cringe just to think of it. Of course the real effect is that I'm now quite paranoid about my site. Up till now I've been concerned merely by the idea that members of my family might have access to it, now I'm mortified to think that someone I don't even know may stumble upon it(however unlikely such an event would be). In fact all of this content will probably be stored away for all time somewhere so that at some future date I will be jeered with the meanderings of a 24-year old Patrick...... In the mysterious words of our English bretheren: Crikey!*

*Pursuant to my newfound paranoia I looked up the word "crikey". Apparently the meaning of this word is only available to paying dictionarians.... I leave that one to the conspiracy bloggers....
