My Xmarks Online Bookmark Organizer

One of Xmarks features is an online bookmark organizer that allows users to access their bookmarks anywhere in the world, organize their bookmarks, and access many of the unique features that Xmarks offers.

The Profiles feature is a complex concept to dsiplay visually. A user is able to assign certain bookmarks to certain profiles and then assign a particular profile to one or many different computers. Ideally, the following screen is the 2nd of three steps but can be accessed without having seen step one. Therefore, the UI has to be informative as well as functional. I usability tested this feature and while this dialog fared well, we found the whole process to be a difficult one for the user.
